1. Eligibility for Returns and Store Credits

To be eligible for a return and store credit, please ensure that:

a. The item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
b. The item is in its original packaging.
c. You provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
d. You request the return within 1-3 days of receiving your order.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer support team at sales@rypomac.com or 1(843) 612-0308 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
b. Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and accessories.
c. Clearly label the package with the RMA number and ship it to the address provided by our customer support team.
d. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.


3. Store Credit Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue store credits equivalent to the value of the returned items within 2 business days. Store credits can be applied to future purchases from Green Home Shoppe and are non-transferable.


4. Refund Exceptions

Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns or store credit refunds, including:

a. Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
b. Items that have been customized or personalized.
c. Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and either arrange for a replacement or issue store credits.
